Wade is a detail-driven finance professional with experience in corporate finance, alternative asset management, and consulting. In his role supporting client engagements, Wade performs comprehensive financial analyses and creates integrated financial models to support engagements. He plays a critical role in partnering with clients to leverage data across the organization to maximize the success of every engagement.
Prior to Harney, Wade was the Controller and Chief Compliance Officer at Alistair Capital Management, a long/short equity hedge fund. There, he led the firm’s operations and compliance, including its registration with the SEC, and provided bottom-up equity research. He also worked at ConAgra Foods, where he developed and managed financial modeling of capital structure and M&A scenario analysis.
