Shiv has experience across financial consulting, investment banking, and as a financial analyst. He has a strong cross-functional skillset including M&A advisory, valuations, and financial reporting. At Harney, he supports a broad range of client engagements in which he performs detailed financial and accounting analyses, develops company projections and forecasts, and creates financial models.
Prior to joining Harney, Shiv worked at Prairie Capital Advisors as a sell-side investment banking senior analyst. He has also worked as a business valuations associate at RSM and a financial analyst for Cars.com. In his spare time, he likes to play golf and watch sports.
